These terms apply to the The Tayton Group website and inquiry-related communications operated by Tayton Investments LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Property purchase agreements, if any, have their own separately agreed written terms.
Property inquiries and offers
Our website lets you contact us about a potential property sale. Requesting an offer or submitting information does not create a purchase agreement, obligate you to sell, or guarantee that we will make an offer or purchase the property.
Any proposed offer depends on our evaluation, property condition, title, applicable restrictions, and other due diligence. Price, closing timing, costs, and other transaction terms must be established in a separate written agreement. Website statements are not a substitute for that agreement.
Information you provide
Provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge and contact us if it changes. Submit information only for yourself or when authorized to act for another person. Do not submit confidential information belonging to others without permission.
Website use
Do not use the website to transmit unlawful content, impersonate others, interfere with services, or gain unauthorized access. Content is provided for general information about our business and is not legal, tax, financial, or appraisal advice. You may consult your own professional advisers before deciding whether to enter a transaction.
The Tayton Group property inquiry SMS program
When you expressly opt in, Tayton Investments LLC, operating as The Tayton Group, may send texts related to your property inquiry, appointment scheduling, and updates about your requested offer. Messages may be sent through an automated communication platform. Message frequency varies with your inquiry and conversation. Message and data rates may apply; consult your wireless plan.
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of submitting an inquiry or completing a property transaction. Providing a telephone number or accepting these website terms does not replace the separate SMS opt-in choice. Promotional messages require a separate consent choice where offered.
Opt out: Reply STOP to a message from us to discontinue the SMS program. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. To rejoin, use the opt-in process again.
Get help: Reply HELP, email sell@thetaytongroup.com, or call 512-710-2639. If a message comes from a different configured sending number, reply STOP or HELP to that message's sending number.
Delivery depends on your carrier and network availability. Messages may be delayed or undelivered; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please do not rely on SMS for urgent deadlines. Let us know if your number changes or you no longer control it.

Our branding and original website content may not be used to imply our endorsement without permission. Stock imagery is illustrative and does not identify Tayton projects unless explicitly stated. External websites and communication services operate under their own terms.
Availability and changes
We may update website content, features, and these terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The revised terms and update date will appear on this page; separately signed agreements remain governed by their own terms.
